| Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Evening Work location at: Chilitos Taberna Mexicana at 1309 17 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB, T2T 0C4 Chilitos Taqueria at 510 77 Avenue SE, Calgary, AB, T2H 1C3 Major Job duties include: - Preparing and cooking Mexican style meals as per the restaurant menu, include frying, grilling, and boiling. - Supervision of kitchen helpers and other cooks - Training kitchen helpers and other cooks in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and cooking of menu items - Ensuring quality and portion control of ingredients and meals prepared - Maintaining food supplies for the kitchen - Responsibility for ensuring overall food safety and kitchen cleanliness Personal Suitability: Reliability, Dependability, Client focus, Organized, Team player, Flexibility Security and safety: Basic security clearance | |
