Parmi ces responsabilites, vous devrez assurer l'entretien et la reparation de systemes mecaniques, electriques, hydrauliques et de diesel sur une variete d'equipement et d'outils de location et de clients. Vous serez egalement responsable de la documentation de service, de l'encadrement de techniciens d'echelons inferieurs au besoin, de la demonstration de l'equipement pour la clientele, et de deplacements occasionnels chez les clients.
 
L'excellence dans ce poste exigeant et gratifiant permet de gravir les echelons pour atteindre des postes de technicien d'entretien et de gestion plus importants.

Pour etre admissibles, tous les demandeurs doivent avoir de 3 a 5 ans d'experience en reparation et en entretien des vehicules et de l'equipement. Le candidat ideal connaitra l'equipement de construction,  aura une bonne connaissance et experience en mecanique, surtout avec plusieurs moteurs, aura une connaissance de base en schemas et en diagrammes, disposera des outils necessaires au poste, et demontrera des competences en travail d'equipe, verbales et ecrites.
Le service a la clientele superieur constitue le pilier de United Rentals, votre volonte et capacite a fournir cela a chaque client font donc de vous un candidat ideal. Un diplome d'etudes secondaires et un permis de conduire valide sont requis.

As a Field Service Tech III at United Rentals, you'll use your skills to perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment in a safe and professional manner. Additional duties include the following:

• Safe maintenance and repair of a variety of complex rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems

• Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer owned equipment; must maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner

• Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed

• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis

• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts

• Other duties assigned as needed

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

• 3-5 years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools

• Strong mechanical background knowledge of various engines

• Must own tools applicable to position

• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
