Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$101,804 - $137,736

Leadership skills rewarded:
Take a lead role in your district’s customer service team, with a focus on the relationship management process. You’ll coach a team responsible for a combination of loan administration and credit submissions for lending to agriculture producers, providing added value to team and customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a high-performing team responsible for customer service and support functions, credit submissions, and agriculture lending

  • Ensure strong partnerships among district staff to support customer service

  • Maintain your district’s budget and manage daily operations, facilities management, meetings and event planning

  • Work with the district leadership team to develop and execute business plan and marketing strategies

  • Manage workload priorities, identify employee development requirements, set goals and evaluate performance

  • Ensure compliance on audits, arrears and other reports

What you’ll need:

  • A degree in administration or business and at least five years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • A proven track record in agricultural or commercial financial services

  • An understanding of accounting and legal documentation

  • Experience in loan portfolio management practices, approaches and techniques

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
