PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: You will assist with the planning, scheduling and assignment of manpower to specific jobs within the Freight Car Repair and Freight Car Inspection, ensuring that all repairs and/or servicing are performed in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with Company, AAR and TC regulations.

Management Conductor Program: Becoming a qualified conductor or locomotive engineer is the single best way for a management employee to learn the business at CP. You may be required to obtain a certification or to maintain your current certification/qualification as a conductor or locomotive engineer.
This is a permanent, full-time position located at 150 2nd Avenue SE, SK S6H 1P8. The compensation for this position is competitive $95,000 - $166,500, consistent with industry and position norms, and commensurate with your experience.
