| Albrecht Green Acre Farms Limited, crop farm in Schuler, Alberta requires a full time Custom Farm Machinery Operator to perform the following: - Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations; - Supervise , train & coordinate work of farm workers; - Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting; - Operate & maintain farm equipment & machinery (harvesters, seeder, sprayers, tractors, feeding and water system, automated manure handling or storage system); - Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures - Negotiate with farmers regarding the services to be provided - Develop work schedules and establish procedures; - Maintain quality control and production records; - Stone and/or wood picking and hoeing crops; - Perform some general farm duties | |
