The Implementation Manager, reporting to, Senior Manager, and is accountable for managing IT capital and operational projects relating to Northwestel systems. The manager developments user and service requirements driven from an understanding of business needs to ensure a successful implementation of services and applications. Scheduling and evaluation of new systems is also the responsibility of this position within the Enterprise Application sphere.
