What you’ll do:

• Apply, review, and reconcile customer payments to ensure they have been processed accurately

• Perform basic adjustments and maintenance to customer’ accounts

• Provide support and respond to payment and adjustment-related questions from internal partners

What you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or  business  admin , or a two-year certificate plus two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); SAP knowledge is an asset
