What you’ll do:

• Complete and review complex valuations, interact with customers and perform site inspections
• Update valuation policies and procedures based on your related research
• Provide formal reviews to ensure consistency and mitigate risk
• Instruct, coach and give feedback through practical valuation training and other methods
• Work closely with FCC lending, loan administration and special credit teams

What you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, finance or commerce and at least four years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Professional appraisal designation is an asset
• In-depth knowledge of the agriculture industry
