Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$79,648 - $107,760

Use your co-ordination and planning skills to participate in the successful execution of the Simplified Lending program and support the program team.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to explore the project management discipline and gain insights and experience to support the start of a career in project management.

What you’ll do:

  • Within this role you will either manage Agile projects or be a Scrum Master for 1-2 teams
  • Manage both business and technical  initiatives with an Agile mindset
  • Work with project sponsors to establish expectations for projects
  • Manage project budget and forecasting
  • Promote empowered and engaged teams
  • Provide Agile coaching, training and mentorship to the team and business stakeholders
  • Champion on-going process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
  • Remove impediments for teams

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication, collaboration and facilitation skills
  • Problem-solver who embraces change
  • Experience enabling teams by removing roadblocks, coordinating and facilitating team communication and process improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to build relationships

What you'll need:

  • A degree in Business, Social Sciences or Computer Science, and at least 3-5 years of related experience (or equivalent). PMP, ACP, CSM certifications would be an asset
  • Knowledge of project management, Agile principles and Scrum practices, organizational change and strategic planning methodologies
  • An understanding of agricultural lending practices and corporate priorities would be an asset
