What you’ll do:

• Input invoices into the accounts payable system
• Reconcile vendor accounts
• Respond to internal and external expense inquiries regarding invoice coding, cheque requisition processing and payment status.
• Process invoices for payment

What you’ll need:

• Certificate in accounting, business, or administration and at least two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Knowledge of payment processes and accounts payable software.
