We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support our Human Resources Branch. The Recruiting Specialist would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.

Do you have experience with social media recruitment? Do you thrive on doing continuous improvement on digital and social media recruitment marketing strategies? Then the Recruiting Specialist (RS) position may be for you. As the RS, you are responsible for candidate generation primarily through direct sourcing and research. The ideal candidate will work with a large pool of passive candidates, as well as active candidates. The RS will work closely with Hiring Managers, and the Client to refine, grow, and follow strategies that provide a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates. You will consult on how to improve existing strategies, and provide feedback using analytics. You will also create new strategies using your knowledge of similar fields and strategies in other marketplaces which may include a science, technology or private sector environment.
SalaryFrom $79,148 To $87,976 Per Annum.
Education RequirementsUniversity degree with a specialization in human resource management, digital marketing, public or business administration, or in another field relevant to the work.

An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered.
Essential SkillsAbility to continuously improve a recruitment campaign/sourcing strategy to fill technical, scientific or business based roles.
Knowledge of emerging HR trends related to hiring and/or social media platforms.
Ability to organize workload, manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
ExperienceSignificant experience, and demonstrable success, using social media platforms, for recruitment purposes, including LinkedIn to source quality candidates.
Experience implementing and improving digital and social media recruitment marketing strategy for recruitment purposes
Significant experience recruiting for roles such as technical, scientific and business based roles.
Experience in creating and presenting post-recruitment campaign reports and results
