| * Completing & recording all maintenance requests on Combi bloc production machinery; * Inspect & examine machinery & equipment to detect & investigate irregularities; * Malfunctions, conducting & completing preventative maintenance inspection according to schedule; * Make adjustment to process variables; * Troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic control circuits & mechanical failures, valves, accumulators & other hardware; * Conduct daily operations of preventative maintenance on processors, filing machines, packaging equipment & conveyor. Detect damages or needs of repairs on equipment. | |

| Essential Skills | Troubleshoot & inspect equipment to detect faults & malfunctions. Diagnose faults using computerized & other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required. Adjust equipment & repair or replace defective parts. Clean lubricate & perform other maintenance work. |
