Job duties: Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team. Plan and approve promotional campaigns. Providing strategic recommendations to the senior members of the executive management team. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. Advising on long-term business and financial planning. Appoint the organization or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions. Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders. Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures. Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff and delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions. | |
