Essential SkillsOversees a wide range of cross-functional operational processes and facilitates such as operations, marketing, finance, and retail fulfillment teams, as well as third-party logistics partners and vendors. Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies, and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manufacturers. Maintain good relationship with vendors and service providers to improve overall business performance. Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost. Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation of goods, courier services, customer services and inventory. Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues.
