You'll use market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities, launch products and review program performance. What you'll do: - Develop, implement and support new and existing Alliance programs - Ensure profitability and strategic positioning of programs - Use a product management approach to develop product policies and processes - Collaborate with internal and external partners to market programs and products, including change management, product training, promotion and advertising What we're looking for: - Confident communicator with strong analytical skills - Experienced leader who brings out the best in team members and can coach others - Relationship builder comfortable with proactively reaching out to internal and external partners What you'll need: - A bachelor's degree in agricultural finance, business or marketing and at least four years of related experience with increasing responsibility (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) - Courses in product development and project management - Experience in agricultural lending or credit management | |
