| Job Location: 1055 Clark Blvd., Brampton, ON L6T 3W4 Duration of employment: 2 years Job Duties include: • Design budgets and keep check on revenue, sales and operations • Set up prices on products. • Maintain inventory control and company stocks. • Manage staff and schedule staff also determining staffing requirements • Carry out sales training with staff members. • Organize contracts and educate team regarding new promotions and policies. • Resolve the complaints with customers regarding sales and service and provide solutions. • Take customer feedback to improve sales service while providing solutions. • Coordinate the flow of goods from the stock room to the sales floor, and do merchandise replenishment. • Oversee and ensure compliance of all staff with established company policies. | |
