We have an exciting opportunity to grow your career as a temporary Manager, Talent Attraction and Development (23-10). This position is based in Saskatoon and is expected to last for approximately 8-10 months.

The opportunity:
- Provides leadership and direction for the talent attraction and development teams as they plan and execute meaningful work to advance HR strategic objectives.
- Provides coaching, feedback, and mentoring to motivate development and performance.
- Works with the team to design, build, and implement talent programs and processes that grow organizational capability such as the talent attraction strategy and metrics and talent development initiatives including learning and development, employee listening, DEI and talent management.
- Supports the team to manage programs end-to-end, including project plan creation, execution, and tracking of desired outcomes and results.
- Identifies opportunities by staying up to date on HR best practices and industry trends.

You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management, with specific experience in Talent Attraction and Development. A combination of relevant experience will be considered.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
- A professional HR designation such as Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) is considered an asset.
