Full Stack Developer
Reporting through the Office of Government's Chief Information Officer, the Connectivity Division leads government's mandate to expand internet connectivity to all British Columbians in all corners of the province. The division manages provincial funding programs, provides leadership, expertise, tools and supports to communities and local governments in the expansion, coordination and provisioning of telecommunications services, evaluating innovation solutions and pathways to the adoption of emerging technologies that enable the digital transformation of communities in every corner of the Province.
As a Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include the coordination, development, and delivery of scalable web applications in a continuous deployment environment. You will have well-developed software engineering skills, proven practical problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated acumen for efficiently realizing business value in software systems. This position will demand constant learning and development; you must stay current in both the business domains they support and the wide range of technology available. Qualifications for this role include:
- Post-Secondary diploma (or higher) in Computer Science, Web Development or related field and a minimum of two (2) years' related experience; OR,
- An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
*Related experience must include the following:
- Experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Experience with API development and integration and continuous development environments.
|Salary||$66,557.72 - $75,884.38 annually plus 6.6% Temporary Market Adjustment|
