Please note: This position holds a Human Rights Exemption (#E93-32) - Preference for a Female Applicant. Location: Multiple Locations Classification: Instructor Qualifications, Skills & Abilities 1. Grade 12 or equivalent. 2. Completion of a journeyperson certificate in a recognized trade and/or recognized technology diploma or degree. 3. Two years' recent and relevant work experience (within the last five years). 4. Familiarity with WITT philosophy and operations. 5. Ability to work with girls and women in a structured & non-structured setting. 6. Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment. 7. Effective instructional ability. 8. Effective interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. 9. Training and/or experience in the use of common software packages, i.e. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 10. Demonstrates valuing diversity. | |
