The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Annual Giving & Direct Response, the Digital Fundraising Specialist will oversee digital fundraising tactics for TVO's Philanthropy and Sponsorship team, working across departments to ensure an exceptional online experience for TVO's donors.

How You Will Make an Impact
-Support the development and execution of digital fundraising campaigns and testing strategies across our TVO.me website, email, social media, and digital advertising channels.
-Work with the Annual Giving team and collaborate with departments across TVO to develop high-quality, compelling digital content.
-Build, track, and schedule online donor communications such as emails and website tactics, ensuring content aligns with TVO brand guidelines.
-Ensure optimization and hygiene of email lists.
-Create and oversee all online donation forms.
-Collaborate with audience development team on fundraising messaging and tactics for TVO social channels.
-Ensure philanthropy and sponsorship content on TVO.me website is user-friendly and up to date.
-Monitor and deliver the day-to-day tasks that ensure our digital fundraising campaigns are performing successfully.
-Analyze and report back on digital campaign results and metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
-Support the online experience for TVO events as needed.
-Ensure digital campaigns are running smoothly and meeting timelines/goals while adhering to industry best practices.
-Act as the primary point of contact for all digital fundraising tools and any third-party fundraising sites driving revenue.
-Work with our web development and product teams to create a donor journey within digital platforms, including proactive monitoring of digital assets, automations, etc. making recommendations to improve fundraising results, as needed.

What You Will Bring to TVO
-Commitment to TVO's mission and values.
-Post-secondary education in fundraising, marketing, digital communications, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
-5 years' experience in a digital role, preferably in fundraising/marketing.
-Experience in building and creating content for online communications and digital fundraising campaigns.
-Sound knowledge of Canada's Anti-Spam Law (CASL) and privacy legislation, digital campaign execution, and a/b testing practices.
-Previous experience working with Raiser's Edge NXT, Luminate Online, or similar software is an asset.
-Skilled in data analysis and reporting especially as it pertains to online fundraising and digital campaigns.
-Able to think strategically and creatively, and work independently in identifying and communicating new initiatives or enhancing existing programs.
-Work comfortably as part of a team, with the ability to work under pressure when dealing with many deadlines and regular last-minute revisions.
-Resourceful and confident relationship builder who can work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
-A high degree of initiative, with strong organization and time management skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately while keeping a keen eye on detail.
-Eager and quick learner, flexible, and collaborative with co-workers.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, donor databases, and fundraising software.
-Avid learner, with the ability to stay on top of the latest fundraising trends and innovative practices.
