| Vacancies: 02 Terms of Employment: This is a full-time position Must be available early morning, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Part-time, Casual opportunities are also available. Security and safety: Criminal record check Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding Bending, crouching, kneeling Own tools/equipment: Tools Safety equipment/gear Steel-toed safety boots Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Work Setting: Medical Clinics (Various locations) Primary duties: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Adjust and make minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform safety and security checks. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. | |
