| The Associate University Legal Counsel under the direction of the University Legal Counsel provides legal representation and advice to the University and all its constituent parts. Your five years of experience practicing law and providing legal advice to complex organizations form the basis for providing skilled guidance to clients on all matters affecting the university’s business. Although counsel will handle a variety of matters, this role will primarily focus on providing advice on, drafting and negotiating a variety of different types of contracts, with a principal focus on technology, intellectual property, procurement and donor agreements. To be successful in this role you will be an enthusiastic, collaborative, detail-oriented and deadline driven person with exceptional communication, analytical, writing, research, and interpersonal skills. In addition to possessing strong legal abilities, the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively and compassionately with various stakeholders. | |
