| Essential Skills | Schedule and designate cleaning tasks and responsibilities to cleaners to enable all cleaning to be carried out in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Ensured all associates have sufficient cleaning supplies and the knowledge of how to use them. Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse. Maintain a written record of cleaning materials when stock levels are low. Ensure all associates have a complete understanding of the health and safety policies and aware of the sanitation procedures in all areas. Provide any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties and resolve any issues that may occur on the job. Suitable applicant must have relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures. Should have a clear understanding of customer service guidelines. Must be proactive in the line of duty. Must have the ability and willingness to work as part of a team, and most importantly, lead a team. |
