Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our guests. If you have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a background in Greek Souvlaki and Gyro grilling, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Tasks
Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers
Create new recipes
Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
Train meat cutters
