ABOUT THE TEAM The Public Markets Integration and Servicing team is responsible for providing key operational support to the Capital Markets Alternatives investment team, which manages an internal multi-strategy fund of hedge funds and opportunistic direct/co-investments that adds significant value to PSP's Total Fund. ABOUT YOUR ROLE As a Senior Analyst, Public Markets Integration and Servicing, you'll support the Capital Markets Alternatives team by: Provide and coordinate Public Markets investment support activities and various operational matters with PSP investment support teams Complete and coordinate critical priorities as it relates to portfolio and investment transactions with a high degree of responsibility and accuracy Support new deal process, assist, communicate and coordinate new deals' operationalization Act as a central point of contact with regards to the Public Markets investment teams with internal business partners, including but not limited to Investment Finance, Public Markets Operations, Performance Measurement, Treasury, Trading, Risk, Data Quality Management, Legal, and Information Technology Ensure Public Markets investment teams' business priorities are tracked and delivered on the right priorities Contribute to portfolio reporting and presentations to inform key stakeholders in a fast-changing environment Verification of completeness and accuracy of information - Identify, analyze, and respond to resolve issues and problems WHAT YOU'LL NEED Undergraduate University degree in finance or other relevant field A minimum of five (5) years of related working experience in Capital Markets or relevant field supporting Investment Management In-depth knowledge of Public and Private financial transactions Excellent ability to learn new computer systems and processes Team player, enjoys a high-performance culture Strong analytical skills and ability to think through multifaceted problems Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively Experience in portfolio operations, database concepts and investment finance processes, an asset Strong knowledge of analytical tools and computer skills such as O365 suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI VBA, and SQL Self-starter, innovative, thorough and organized team player Capacity to adapt and show flexibility against fast moving and changing priorities Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa) We offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
