| FairWind Canada Inc. has been contracted to perform new unit installation of 35 turbines in the Pincher Creek, AB area. Project start is scheduled for late August 2019. We are looking for candidates to fill the following roles, for this and possibly other upcoming projects. • Installation Coordinator • Installation/Mech. Preparation Technician • Preparation/Unloading Technician • Cable Technician • QA/QC Specialist • Inventory Control Specialist Main Responsibilities (role dependent): • Unloading/handling/storage of components • Cleaning of components prior to installation • Preparation of components for installation • Erection and installation • Torque and tension • Wiring and internal electrical works • Reporting/documentation • Cabling • Torque and tension • Mechanical completion • Disposal of trash • Repacking and inventory • QA/QC Qualifications & Experience: • Min. 1 year of WTG installation experience • Valid GWO certs desirable • Valid Vestas certs desirable • Valid driver license • No DUI within last 10 years • Ability to climb wind turbines • Team player | |
