| Main job duties include: - Carrying materials and tools on site - Preparing, mixing, pouring and spreading materials as directed (flat surfaces, beams and shafts) - Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs with supervision by roofers - Loading and unloading construction materials, and securing materials - Keeping job sites clean and organized - Loading and unloading trucks and trailers - Cleaning up at shop and yard Additional requirements and qualifications: - Education is not required. - Previous job-related work experience is preferred - Work at heights, on-the-job training will be provided - Be physically capable of performing the required duties - Work on flexible hours by shift and weekend work is required - Must be able to handle power tools - Team player - positive, reliable, and motivated - Willing to work at various work sites - Valid Driver's License is required - Criminal check is required - Speak fluent English, 2nd language is an asset We offer full time position with wage of $23 per hour for working 44 hours per week. Overtime pay is provided. Greenshield benefits program is provided after 3-month probation. 9.6% vacation pay is provided. | |
