| Location of employment: 647 Bedford Hwy, Suite 101, Halifax, NS, Canada B3M 0A5 Other locations in Nova Scotia assigned by the employer (transportation provided by the employer) Job Type: Full-time Permanent Job Duties： - Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and professional office space. - Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a dust-free and comfortable environment. - Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to uphold hygiene standards. - Clean and disinfect elevators regularly to maintain cleanliness and presentation. - Disinfect common areas such as meeting rooms, washrooms, and shared office spaces to ensure a sanitary workplace. - Pick up debris and empty trash containers to keep office areas neat and orderly. - Wash windows, walls, and ceilings periodically to remove stains, dust, and smudges. - Restock supplies in bathrooms and kitchen areas as needed to ensure the availability of essential items. - Handle guest requests for extra supplies quickly and efficiently. - Report and store lost and found items in accordance with company policies. Personal suitability: - Ability to notice and address areas that require cleaning or maintenance. - Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. - Basic communication skills to understand work instructions and respond to staff or guest inquiries. - Dependability in following schedules and meeting job requirements. - Ability to adjust to changing work environments and handle multiple tasks when needed. | |
