We're seeking a Senior Analyst, Total Fund Solutions, to partner with key stakeholders and peers to support and engage with our powerful networks of people, opportunities, and investments. ABOUT THE TEAM
As a member of the Total Fund Solutions group, you will support and advise the business lines and technology teams on solution delivery. You will be involved in PSP initiatives and play a key role in the overall solution delivery process and in all project and improvement phases.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Analyst, Total Fund Solutions, you'll:
* Gather and analyze user business needs; lead the analysis, validation and verification of business requirements (validate alignment with business objectives and requirements), act as a resource person and exert influence to help define business requirements
* Establish trusted relationships with our business partners to identify and contribute to the evolution of implemented solutions, troubleshoot incidents/problems and support users during training and change management activities to ensure the adoption of deployed solutions
* Participate in the development of strategies and plans for the implementation of the solution (execution, testing, implementation and deployment) in collaboration with project teams, customers and other teams in the technology group
* Lead, define and support the creation of complex artifacts (configuration, implementation, deployment)
* Analyze, exploit and interpret data to derive useful business-specific observations
* Assist with operational tasks (support, incident/problem resolution, queries)
* Monitor existing processes and procedures and suggest improvements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, engineering or business administration (specialization in information systems, accounting or finance, or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent)
* Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business analysis
* Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in data analysis in a Microsoft environment (SQL)
* Experience in the field of investment, knowledge in performance measurement and treasury, an asset
* Good general knowledge of business intelligence (BI)
* Experience with projects, software development life cycle processes and Agile/DevOps delivery models
* Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques to recognize, anticipate and resolve organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to various situations
* Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
