| - Vacancies: 1 - Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Fulltime, Day - Business Address and Job location: 2545 Ouellette Avenue suite 5 Windsor, Ontario N8X 1L9 Job Requirements Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Tasks: - Responsible for organizing, managing and directing all technical and staff activities of the echo lab - Assists in planning and managing divisional operations, schedule, safety, staff engagement, and establishing guidelines for quality control of equipment and procedures. - Prioritizes services rendered based on types of procedures, patient conditions and staff/equipment available. - This role performs an extensive range of cardiac ultrasound studies and may also perform vascular studies in the clinical and research settings at various locations. - Perform examinations include Transthoracic, Exercise Stress Echocardiograms, and additional procedures as dictated by research protocols and clinical trials. - Operate ultrasound imaging equipment to produce and record images. - Monitor examination to evaluate quality and consistency of diagnostic images and make adjustments to equipment, as required. - Record, store and process scanned images from the ultrasound equipment to the archiving system. - Observe and care of patients throughout examinations. - Prepare examination reports for physicians. - Check ultrasound equipment to ensure proper operation.
