Type: Full-time, permanent Location: #703, 10003 - 92 Street, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 7T5 We are looking for people with great personality who enjoys working with the Public in the food industry. Our Food Service Supervisor Job Duties include but are not limited to the following: Supervise and Co-ordinate and Train Staff on day-to-day operations Assist in establishing work schedules Prepare and submit food orders, inventory reports and weekly store reports Ensure staff is following food service control, quality control and safety procedures Maintain specified inventory levels Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages Take customer orders Clean, peel, slice and trim food stuffs using manual and electrical appliances Prepare foods such as sandwiches, soups and salads Portion and wrap food, package takeout food Serve customers at counters Stock coolers and sandwich units, help put away orders. Take customer payments Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Combination of sitting, standing, walking Standing for extended periods Bending, crouching, kneeling Walking Physically demanding Attention to detail We are offering starting wages of $18.30 per hour depending on availability and experience. We also offer Tips sharing with our Team Members so the better the service, the better your Tips will be (typically ranging between $2-4 extra per hour) Team Members receive a complimentary uniform and free employee meals.
