Vacancies: 2 Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, Day, Weekend Job requirements Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail Business Equipment and Computer Applications MS Excel, MS Word Establish work schedules and procedures, Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, Resolve work related problems, Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, Keep a pulse on culture in departments you support and elevate concerns to the HR Manager and Operational Leaders, Develop collaborative relationships to understand the programs you support, understand financial impact, objectives, culture and HR related needs, Coordinate with Planning, Sales and Marketing departments to manage sales and inventory forecasting and reporting, Arrange for maintenance and repair work, Take accountability for monitoring and analyzing actual performance vs forecast and provide financial analysis, including KPIs, for management decision making, Work with Management of Marketing & Sales departments with new product launches, line extensions, product changes and other activities, including coordinating volume forecast, Manage a team to ensure availability of product in the market in accordance with launch plan, Ensure the Supply Chain team monitors and controls levels of finished goods stock at own warehouses and with distributors to ensure optimal product availability and supply chain planning plus best-in-class inventory management, Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand, Works with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers, Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost, Works with freight forwards and transportation companies to set best route and rate. | |
