The Position:
The Manager, Experiential and Global Learning, reports directly to the VP, Experiential Education and Innovation, and works in collaboration and coordination with Forum for Change colleagues, as well as faculty and students in supporting the school's strategic direction and supports student development of the 8 characteristics of the Portrait of a Havergal Graduate. They explore, develop and seek to grow global learning experiences at the local, national and international levels. They ensure robust support for the logistics and operations of implementing these experiences in Havergal's Upper School. In carrying out the specific accountabilities, this role will lead the coordination and collaboration of global programming and Community Partnerships across the Upper School, working closely with the student life team. Bringing the lenses of People, Perspective, Partnership and Place, this role will work to build capacity in Havergal employees and students to live the values of the school: integrity, inquiry, courage and compassion.
