Land and Resource Coordinator (Wildfire)

The Land and Resource Coordinator (Wildfire) works in diverse teams, gathers, and manages complex natural resource data, completes analysis and develops land management options. This role provides expertise and advice to statutory decision makers, facilitates, and coordinates projects and engages directly with a wide variety of stakeholders to support wildfire risk reduction and other wildfire management initiatives and decisions.

Qualifications for this role include:

- Registered or immediately eligible for registration, as a fully licensed professional with the Association of British Columbia Forest Professionals (ABCFP).
- Experience in project or contract management.
- Two years or more of experience in the Natural Resource sector.
- Experience managing, relationships with stakeholders or leading consultation sessions.
- Valid B.C. driver's licence.
- Must be willing and able to withstand the rigors of fieldwork, work in adverse weather conditions, travel to meet job requirements, and travel in fixed and/or rotary winged aircraft or watercraft.
Salary$61,182.54 - $77,067.27 annually
