| Stratosphere Quality LLC is looking for a full-time permanent Production supervisor – wood products manufacturing. Job Type: Full Time/Permanent Positions Available: 1 Primary Responsibilities: • Establish work schedules. • Set up machines and equipment. • Manage capacity and determine resource allocation requirements to ensure projects are completed in accordance with scheduled priority. • Maximizes quality and productivity by understanding job standards for each function and evaluating performance variances to identify root cause and corrective action. • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. • Assist to determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. • Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping of line, at accepted levels through enforcement of good understanding by all Production employees. • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity. • Demonstrate due diligence and ensure a safe work environment for all team members. | |
