| Job number: R-1003121 Location: Kanata, Ontario Closing date: Feb 11, 2022 Language(s) required: English, French Worker Type: Permanent Investigation and litigation management experience needed Support our ethics program and provide advice on whistleblower disclosures and litigation management. What you'll do: - Develop and implement new strategies and deliverables - Identify opportunities and innovative approaches for the program's continued enhancement and evolution - Manage the day-to-day operations including developing and documenting advice and guidance to staff - Maintain effective cross-functional working relationships - Participate in management of disclosures and investigations under the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act - Lead the preparation and documentation of litigation files and the general oversight of external counsel - Lead the development of internal and external reports What we're looking for: - Confident communicator with strong analytical skills - Creative and critical thinker who can advise on a variety of complex issues and provide advanced recommendations and solutions - Multi-tasker able to manage high volumes of tasks and transactions effectively and efficiently - Proven problem-solver with sound business judgment What you'll need: - A degree in business, law, public administration or communication and at least five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) - Expertise analyzing and interpreting financial and operational data - Advanced knowledge of related market standards and best practices - Understanding of administrative law concepts applicable to internal investigations | |
