Closing Date : 12/17/2021 Worker Type: Term (Fixed Term) Language(s) Required: English, French Term Duration (in months): 24 Experience with FCC relationship management process rewarded Develop and evolve the Relationship Management Process based on corporate goals and perspective, partner and build relationships with Operations staff to consult expectations. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada's official languages. What you'll do: - Work with internal partners and customers to support and evolve the sales process within FCC - Travel to visit operations partners to support and coach on the Relationship Management Process - Look for ways to evolve and improve processes and tools based on internal and external data - Design and deliver training materials to all new and existing employees for a consistent experience What we're looking for: - Confident communicator with strong analytical skills - Ability to connect and build business relationships - Sales and negotiation skills combined with sound judgment - Self-starter who embraces change - Organizational pro who can manage multiple priorities What you'll need: - Undergraduate degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least four years of related ag finance or sales experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) - A drive to help others achieve their goals | |
