This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada's official languages. What you'll do: - Ensure expectations are clear to participating employees - Deliver required learning in a timely manner - Create and deliver orientation and onboarding for new leaders - Work with individuals or small groups as performance coach, providing feedback - Provide ongoing needs assessments - Recommend improvements to the learning program What we're looking for: - Proven leader passionate about the success of others - Team player who values knowledge-sharing - Coach and mentor able to adapt plans to individual employee skill levels - Strong communicator comfortable delivering content virtually or in person - Analytical thinker who can make recommendations based on aptitude and fit What you'll need: - Advanced understanding of instructional design methods and experience in designing, developing and delivering learning content. - A bachelor's degree in business or agriculture and at least five years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) - Lending experience as a Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager - Advanced understanding and knowledge of operations, including RMP and the customer experience - Extensive understanding of ag production and corporate and commercial lending, systems, policies and procedures | |
