| Location: Fort Erie, ON, L2A 1M3 Vacancy: 1 Terms of Employment: Full-time; Permanent Job Duties: - Stay in contact with the supply contractors and order supplies and materials while keeping track of inventory - Make and set forth progress reports - Manage guests ensuring guest satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints - Resolve any work-related problems - Facilitate guest departure by providing accurate statements and enduring guest satisfaction - Instruct staff about computer software, safety procedures, and company policies - May accomplish the same duties as workers supervised when required - Supervise, assign and review the work of staff including cleaners, casino workers, front desk agents and etc. - Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services | |
