As a rapidly growing business with three locations in Calgary, we need more sales professionals.
We are seeking an energetic and customer-centric sales supervisor that is willing to take on a challenge and be part of our amazing team.

Position Requirements
• *** MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS *** - Saturdays and Sundays
• Ability to work at ALL 3 Calgary locations: Bowness, Barlow Trail SE, 32 Avenue NE
• High Energy and Enthusiasm
• Previous customer service and /or retail sales experience is required
• Demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn techniques, execute, and improve everyday
• Computer knowledge and skills; searches, transactions and inventory are all done on the computer
• Exceptional phone etiquette - Many sales are done over the phone
• Ability to instill confidence, motivate, inspire and generate buy-in
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Ability to manage customer complaints with a positive outcome for the customer and the business
• Background in appliance sales an asset but not required

Position Overview:
• Supervising and coordinating the daily sales activities
• Ensuring all other sales professionals perform their duties to a high standard and that customers are satisfied
• Selling Major Home "Scratch & Dent" as well as Reconditioned Appliances
• Authorizing special requests made by the customers
• Assisting customers over the phone as well via email
• Providing an exceptional customer experience and establishing trust and positive customer relationships
• Ensuring the accuracy, organization and cleanliness of the displays, signages and sales floor
• Reporting to the store manager for inventory and assisting with sales planning
• Ability to work with team members to generate sales
• Training new sales team members
• This position is paid hourly

Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Salary$20/hour for 40 hours per week
