| Bostan Group Inc is a Chicken Distributor, Meat Supplier and Seafood Wholesaler in Calgary and Edmonton. Meat Plus Sells All Kinds of Meat from Beef, Chicken, Goat, Lamb to Seafood, Duck and Turkey. Currently, we are looking for a Sales Supervisor to be part of our team. This position will be Full-Time and Permanent, and the work location will be #122 2730 39th Ave NE, Calgary, T3J 7H6. The overtime pay will be x1.5 the regular rate, beginning after 44 hours of work per week and/or 8 hours per day. Job Description: Train and mentor staff on customer service, and safety procedures. Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them. Monitor and manage meat inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and freshness. Ensure that all meat products meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively. Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness. | |
