| •Install dies in the press during change over from one job to the next •Install End of arm tooling to each job during a change over •Install all needed equipment during a changeover, such as feeders, uncouples, nest stations, etc. •Move robots into position using teach pendants •Assign the correct job after change over in the computer panel •Verify parts coming off the production line to meet quality standards •Operate the press using controls on the panel and operator robots during production •Troubleshoot service and repair robotic systems, using knowledge of microprocessors, programmable controllers, mechanics, sensor or feedback systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics. •Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems or components. •All necessary documentation, pre-start, operation, downtime paperwork as per KSL’s production requirement •Physical lifting from 5-30lbs | |
