Windsor Laws’ programs are shaped by the focus on access to justice, transnational law, and Indigenous Legal Orders, and are characterized by a learner-centred community that values intellectual curiosity, interdisciplinary research and global scholarship. A comprehensive curriculum offering unique experiential learning opportunities is at the heart of Windsor Law’s distinctiveness. Students are afforded the unique opportunity to study comparative Canada-U.S. law or to earn joint Canadian & American Dual JD degrees concurrently over three calendar years that will allow the practice of law in both countries.
