We are located at 4 Robert Speck Parkway, 15th floor Mississauga ON L4Z 1S1 and are looking for a Technical Support Analyst – Systems.

As a member of our Software Engineering Group you are expected to hit the ground running on day one. You will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You’ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what’s being developed. You are expected to come in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development such as Agile frameworks –is key. And best of all you’ll be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists.

Job Type: Permanent full time position.

Requirement:
A 4 year Bachelors Degree in computer science or Information Technology;
3+ years of experience with web technologies such as HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX;
Thorough knowledge of JS frameworks and knowledge of OOPs & MVC;
Strong skills two or more frameworks like Angular 1.x/2, React JS, Spread JS;
Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST-API & Web services is essential.
Ability to work closely with clients and stake holders;
Ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore teams;
Knowledge of Java technology;
Any prior experience with Tax Technology companies would be a huge plus

Salary$70,000 To $80,000 per annum
Essential Skills•As a Technical Support Analyst for software systems you are expected to be an individual contributor as well as work in a team environment;
•Communicate with clients/users to identify and document requirements;
•Provide software support by testing software applications to reproduce the reported bugs and diagnose them;
•Resolve ompen tasks/tickets on Jira board to deliver on assigned user stories;
•Design, develop and implement technology solutions specifically for our Tax Technology Clients;
•Collaborate with client and offshore teams to make sure the quality of the code is maintained as per the industry standards;
•Manage the offshore team and provide the required technical support as directed by the management
