POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
  • Ensure schedule, functionality and quality are in line with design standards
  • Ensure compliance with group governance, methodologies and procedures
  • Good time Management skills
  • Responsibility for gate keeping, optimizing system performance and avoiding system design deficiencies related to the overall application landscape
  • Completing all system documentation and knowledge transfer of the implemented system to support team
  • Supporting the problem management process by analyzing trends for recurring issues and propose solutions
  • Working with Service  Management to ensure timely update of solution portfolio in alignment to application
  • Deploy releases as per documentation and change practices
  • Go-Live activities including the execution of deployment plans and checklists
  • Develops scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various solutions
  • Continually work towards making improvements in the build and release process
  • Attend required Change advisory meetings to represent technical changes to the environments
  • Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology
  • Minimum 2 years Apache Tomcat web server, SAP Fiori UI5 experience and SAP UI5 administration, customization experience
  • Minimum 3 year experience in HTML 5, Java Script and CSS development
  • Good debugging skills in Apache Tomcat Web server, UI5, HTML5, and ODATA
  • Tomcat web service application files deployment. Experience management and configuration of Apache Tomcat web server with Java installation and setup.
  • Monitoring and providing support of Apache Tomcat web servers.
  • Cooperatively work with Architecture, Project team and key business stakeholder to adapt to the changing strategies, funding decisions, risks and organizational direction
  • Understanding of IT Service Delivery and IT Service Management concepts and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Enterprise software project management
  • Software development life cycle management
  • Source code branch strategy, integration and management
  • Continuous build automation and integration
  • Linux infrastructure, deployment, configuration and support
  • Linux scripting would be an asset
  • Change Management
  • Availability to provides 7X24 support required

Management Conductor Program:
