| Job type: permanent, full time job with flexible working hours, including weekends (Permanent, Full-Time) Job responsibilities include: • Manage the staff and assign duties as needed • Plan the budgets and authorize all the expenditures as per requirements of the store • Resolve customer and clients complaints • Regulate staffing requirements i.e. hire and human resources • Strategy, direct and assess the operations of establishments involved in the sales departments, marketing departments and etc. • Study the market research and trends to figure out consumer demands and needs • Determine the wanted merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies • Develop and implement marketing strategize to enhance the store sales Additional skills: -Organized flexibility, team player, excellent interpersonal skills, and client focus. | |
