Vacancies: 1 position available (Full time and permanent) Office Location: Unit 101,12888 80th Avenue, Surrey, BC V3W 3A8 Duties: • Determine and establish office procedures and routines, • Schedule and confirm appointments, • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, • Answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics and other information, • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information, • Maintain file records, update information of clients in system • Answer and send replies to emails and correspond as required • Assign files to staff as per their speciality • Collect information from clients and prepare necessary Retainer Agreements and store important information and documents | |

Education Requirements | Completion of secondary school is required |
Experience | 1-2 years of related work experience required |
Languages | High Proficiency English is required |
