| Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Evening Security and safety: Basic security clearance Major Job duties include: • Prepare and maintain relevant equipment to ensure daily operation is smooth; • Ensure the food and services delivered meet quality control standards as per Canada Health regulation; • Supervise and train food service employees, including scheduling, assigning work and participating in performance assessments; • Assist on customer issues and provide excellent customer services in daily basis; • Estimate and order supplies; • Organize daily opening or closing activities; for example; deep cleaning, dishwashing, and food storage are completed before closing; • Instruct and provide necessary training to new employees in the performance on their assigned tasks. • Follow sanitation guidelines; • Adhere to safety procedures; • Handle special circumstances. | |

| Experience | Previous related experience in food service industry is required |
| Languages | Speak fluent English; Speaking Chinese is an asset due to many workers who speaks Chinese under supervision, as well as to major Asian customers |
