| Essential Skills | Plan and organized supplies to ensure deliveries and services are carried out in the most efficient and timely manner. Orient and train new and existing employees about the job, company, industry requirements and safety standards. Monitor dispatchers’ activity to ensure optimal performance, integrity, and professionalism. Maintain internal record-keeping systems. Check shipment and verify manifest to ensure accuracy of delivery. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and/or standards and complete appropriate documentation as required. Maintains a clean and organized shipping and receiving area. Resolve work related problems. |
