| Looking for permanent, full time Service Advisor – Auto Repair (NOC 6552) at M/s LKA Auto Repairs (The Ahenam Motors Inc.) 2070 Steeles Ave. East, Unit 16, Brampton, ON L6T 1A7 Duties & Responsibilities: • Advise customers for Auto Repair. • Explain the type of repair and cost of parts and services. • Arrange for the parts/Services in a timely manner. • Prepare work order of the service to be provided. • Assign work to the mechanic/s. • Provide information about the warranty and job. • Initiate billing for the services provided. • Receive payment as per company policy. • Respond to inquiries and advise the clients. • Promote services provided by the company. • Investigate complaints and suggest solutions. • Train workers to provide services. • Any other duty assigned by the management.
